Machining with robotic service
We provide turning and milling of components in diameters ranging from 30 to 400 mm, and in lengths of up to 1,000 mm. If you require components in dimensions either larger or smaller than those stated above, get in touch with us –
no challenge is too great.
Through our subsidiary, we also provide end-machining for long components up to 12 metres in length in addition to production of threaded steel piles.

Cleaning
With cleanliness a key factor for many components, we offer cleaning services using modern equipment.
Heat treatment
In partnership with local suppliers, we also offer hardening and full annealing services.
Technical consultation
We can provide support to designers seeking consultation on methods of manufacturing, etc.
Gun drilling
We provide gun drilling from 3 to 25 mm, for depths of up to 400 mm.
Warehousing
We can provide warehousing services (i.e. fast sub-ordering which reduces capital tie-up and simplifies administration).
